NO FORKLIFT ON LOCATION. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS AND HELP TO DISASSEMBLE, ROMOVE AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS. YOU MUST SCHEDULE YOUR OWN LOGISTICS COMPANY TO PICK UP SHIPPING CONTAINERS. This Auction is on location and consists of High end designer clothing and shoes, couches, pallet racks, shelving, industrial and warehouse supplies, 20' container, 20' self contained living quarters, tools, and much more. All of these items are located at 2421 Greens Rd Suite 8B, Houston 77032 Preview will be Tuesday 9/5/2023 10-4 Pick up will be Thursday 9/7 and Friday 9/8 9:00-5:00. NO LATE PICK UP OR TRANSFERS FOR THIS AUCTION. You will be required to load your own items and remove your items that are fixed to walls. No exceptions will be made for late pick up! Please bring your own help for heavy items. No late pick up will be allowed for this auction. If you cannot pick up on our stated pick up date please do not place a bid.
