Any amount over $2500 can pay cash for the remaining balance. Kennedys Auction Company reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totalling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices. If remaining balance, minus the $2500 deposit,is not paid within 48hours the card will be charged. Kennedy's Auction Company and Currency pay will attempt to collect any and all monies owed by charging the credit card on file for the full amount or any amount less than the purchase price. EVERYTHING in the lot must be removed and taken. Please be aware of the scheduled pick-up dates/times and plan accordingly to have items picked up. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned and all rights will be forfeited. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON PICK UP DAY. Please bring help to load items if needed. Auction company is not required to help load items . Soft Close Ending: Lots will start closing at 6 pm and will close in numerical order with 20 sec in between each number. Lots may remain open for bidding if bids are placed in the last seconds before that lot closes. Bidding will close 2 minutes after no bids have been placed.
