If a bid is placed within the last few minutes, additional time is added to allow all interested parties a chance to bid again. · All firearms, parts and accessories sold "AS IS" - NO guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind and NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. · A 10% buyers premium and 9.75% TN state sales tax added to the selling price of all items. ALL firearms require a $20 background check/transfer fee at time of pickup. You must be 18yrs old to purchase a long gun. You must be at least 21yrs old to purchase a handgun, "pistol-grip" long gun, gun parts or ammo. ATF form 4473 to be completed for black powders & starter pistols if it has an interchangeable barrel & for all gun parts, regardless of guns age. 2. You must have proper documentation, your address MUST MATCH your Driver's License Photo ID. Firearms will NOT be transferred until you have proper documentation, NO EXCEPTIONS! 3. DO NOT BID if your driver's license does not match your current address, or if you owe the court any money, or if you have anything in your past that may still be on your record, or if you are wanted by any US Authority Agency and/or any other US Government Agency/Dept for any reason. 4. You MUST be a US CITIZEN! Resident Aliens will NOT be allowed to purchase firearms. 5. NO STRAW purchase, you MUST be the actual purchaser of the firearm. 6. Firearms are sold to Tennessee residents or a verified FFL that are on file with BID TO BUY - ANY and ALL transactions will be from FFL to FFL - buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Absolutely NO sales to California or Hawaii. PURCHASING FIREARMS: 1. ALL firearms MUST be PAID in FULL prior to pick up. 2. You MUST have your drivers license (with picture) and matching address. 3. Properly fill out ALL your ATF forms. 4. There is a $20 fee for background check and transfer. 5. You will need to schedule an appointment for your background check and firearm pickup. A link will be sent to all winning bidders to schedule appointments. You can NOT purchase a firearm if: 1. You have any outstanding restraining order for harassing, stalking or threatening a person. 2. You are/or have been convicted by any Court of any punishable crime and/or imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, or under indictment, or if you are a felon or a fugitive of Justice. 3. You have been dishonorably discharged from the Military, or if you are an illegal immigrant and/or renounced your US Citizenship. 4. You have been denied the right to purchase any firearm/ammo, and/or if any firearms/ammo are not transferable. DISCLAIMER: 1.
