Nebraska firearm buyers must be the registered bidder and MUST fill out a form 4473, have a current Driver's License AND Firearm Purchase Certificate or Conceal Carry Permit. We can also transfer to another FFL if needed. All out of state buyers will need to have the firearm(s) transferred to their local FFL for pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS!
