This 700+ Lot Auction features a wide variety of items including household items, hand tools, power tools, jewelry (Park Lane), vintage items, crocks, glassware, furniture, model car kits, kitchen items, sewing & crafting supplies, yarn, fabric, CDs/DVDs/VHS, electronics, huge prepper supplies lots, books, and much much more. Be sure to check all pictures and lot descriptions. Items are sold AS-IS and we make no attempt to improve them. Most items in this auction are used and show wear. Almost all the furniture shows wear and tear - keep this in mind when bidding. This non smoking home has a main level, garage, outdoor space, attic, and basement. It was packed at one time and is in the process of getting cleared out. Some items are dusty and/or need cleaning. The attic is packed and requires stairs. Any lots in the 400s are located in the attic. It’s dusty up there and you may see mouse droppings. The basement has a walkout but it requires some distance to parking. The basement is musty and may have mold. Lots past 607 are in the basement. Keep in mind you must bring help to remove and load items yourself within the pick up time. The driveway leading to the home is narrow so be patient. There is parking behind the home. Enter from the back. Reminder: All items are sold as is. We do not issue refunds. Be sure to check all lot pictures and read descriptions before bidding. Contact us with any questions. Pick up is one day only - Friday 4/7/2023 from 11 AM to 5 PM. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during this time. You may send someone to pick up your items. **Limited Shipping - See Shipping Terms** Bidders are fully responsible for removing items safely within the pick up hours. Bring help for large quantities and heavy items. We cannot assist in moving items. We do have a dolly onsite. Some items may require tools so be sure to bring them. Thank you.
