Selling Two Beautiful Sets of Furniture & Accessories Timed Online Auction Wednesday, April 26th. AUCTION BEGINS CLOSING AT 5:15 PM ON APRIL 26TH Inspection Dates: April 24 & 25 from 9-4 at 9515 Texas Church Rd., Clinton, IL 15% Buyers Premium Pickup Dates: April 27 & 28th from 9-4 Please be prepared to load your own items as we do not have loading assistance to pick up furniture. Dont forget any tools that may be needed to disassemble items for packing. This is a Timed ONLINE only auction event. When items begin closing this auction will take time to close each item; this process will take time, with each lot being sold (or closing) as a live auction does. IF you bid in the last 30 seconds of any lot closing, this will extend the time the competing bidder has to bid. DO NOT WAIT until the last second to bid as internet connections or your timing may be lagging and the item may close that you are waiting on. WE DON'T WANT YOU TO MISS YOUR ITEM. This time extension continues until bidders quit placing bids. One may also place a pre-bid. A pre-bid is a MAX bid that you may want to place on an item. In this case, your bid will not be raised until another bidder bids against you. There are several items in this auction that are "tied" together with a like item. In this case, time will extend every time there is a bid placed on any of the items tied together. IF you have a negative score with HIBID AND YOU'VE BEEN DECLINED FROM OUR AUCTION… We will reaccept you as a bidder, but we will require a deposit on hand 24 hours before the auction begins closing. MARTIN AUCTION DOES NOT SHIP; as a courtesy we have invited a third party shipper to assist our buyers.
