If you are out of state and needing shipping you MUST ASK FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BIDDING. We only ship small non fragile items. Any items not picked up are forfeited. Every auction we have 4-8 bidders request alternative pick up times. We simply cannot keep up, nor can we transport or store items. 90% of our work days are done off site. If you can't make pick up then send someone in your place or do not bid. All items are found and sold as is. Most of the furniture shows wear and/or needs repair. Be sure to check all pictures and read lot descriptions. We make no attempt to clean or improve the items. We do not test or guarantee any items unless noted. For example, if an item is noted as "powered on" then we guarantee it to turn on during pick up. YOU MUST TEST THE ITEMS ON SITE. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves our premises. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not guarantee the item fully works if noted "powered on" we only guarantee it will power on.
