Buyer's Premium for all internet bidding is 15% Sales Tax Collected 7% Credit Card Fee for all internet bidding is 3% (sales tax is charged on total of invoice including buyer's premium and credit card fees) All items are sold AS IS. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or CHARGE BACKS. You are bidding on previously owned or used items and/or assorted merchandise of returns, shelf pulls, overstocks-some items may be new, used, damaged, missing pieces, or out of date (expired). PREVIEW Days are (Monday and Tuesday from 10:00am-6:00pm) OR (Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00am-3:00pm) -located at 645 Countryside Dr. in Columbia City, IN (near Kroger)- PICK-UP days are (Monday from 2:00pm-6:00pm) OR (Tuesday from 10:00am-6:00pm) immediately following the auction close date. Pick up is at Bell Tower Auctions, 645 Countryside Dr., Columbia City IN. 46725 Pay CASH OR CARD at Pick up. ***Items not picked by this time may be considered abandoned and may be removed at Bell Tower's discretion.*** *****YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING YOUR ITEMS***** BRING ANY HELP/Tools/Equipment/Packing Material that you may need. WE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU LOAD ITEMS. We will show you where your items are located, but YOU THE BUYER ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MOVE AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Note- When Picking up items, please know your Bidder # (located above your name on your invoice). This will help to speed up check out time-thank you. Reminder -Check your items and make sure you have everything before you leave the pick up location. Pay CASH OR CARD at Pick up. CASH OPTION ENDS 5:30pm on Tuesday- If you want to pay with cash, you must pick up items by 5:30pm on Tuesday - if not, then in accordance with the Auctions Terms and Conditions, your credit card will be charged for the total invoiced amount. A declined credit card will result in an additional $25.00 fee. ***Please bring a copy of the invoice and your OWN PACKING MATERIALS / HELP LOADING IF NEEDED. If not picked up and paid for by 5:30 PM Tuesday, then in accordance with the Auctions Terms and Conditions, your credit card will be charged for the total invoiced amount. A declined credit card will result in an additional $25.00 fee. Your item(s) will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground - with a minimum $7.50 handling/packing fee PLUS the cost of shipping (note: additional handling fees may be added for large quantities, packing material, special packing of items). **Some items may be taken to Going Postal (local shipping service) and they will contact you by phone / email for payment of shipping cost. Please note that the price of shipping, packing items, and labor continues to be on the increase. PLEASE TAKE THE HIGHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE YOU BID. We will combine shipping when possible- (note - some items are unable to ship together - example glass items and heavy items). Shipping and Handling fees will be added to your invoice and your card on file will be charged. At this time we will only ship to the U.S. Address.
