Hello to all of our loyal bidders, I wanted to reach out to everyone who is ether a bidder or a watcher. We have been revising the way we will conduct our auctions and wanted to make you aware of some upcoming changes.
We will have 2 types of auctions, one will be a long running auction that will run continuously and we will remove items that are sold or are no longer available. We will add new listings at the same time. This will happen every 2 weeks, so you will see all updated items in every category. All items entered will have there own time limit. Most items will have a time limit from 4 to 8 weeks. If they do not sell they will roll back into the running auction and additional time will be added.
The second type of auction will have a shorter time limit. These auctions will be for highly sought after specialized items based on the popularity and/or by demand. For our watchers and bidders, we are listing and pursuing our consignments based per what you are watching or showing interest in. All bids will be seen by our consignors and staff and we will respond to any offers that the consignor wants us to contact if the respective bid is close. We will contact you as soon as the consignor says we are close enough to the reserve. This will occur on an item by item basis and depends on how the bidding goes. We can sell the item before the auction closes if the price is agreeable. Bring all offers and don't be shy.
This transition will happen within the next week. We ask that you have patience in our semi reconstruction of how we manage and conduct our auctions.
