Land Location: From Gate, travel south 2 miles on Co. Rd. NS165 then east on Co. Rd EW13 1 mile.
Legal Description: 240± acres in the SW¼ and W½ SE¼ of Section 10 T4N R28 ECM and all of Section 15 T4N R28 ECM and 160± acres in the W½ W½ of Section 14 T4N R28 ECM and 560± acres in the W½ and W½ E½ and E½ NE¼ of Section 22 T4N R28 ECM and 80± acres in the N½ NW¼ of Section 23 T4N R28 ECM, totaling 1,680± acres, Beaver County, Oklahoma.

160+ Acres CRP grass, fenced on the north and east sides. There is black top county road access on the west side and county road access on the south side. The CRP contract acreage is 157.5 acres with the annual rental rate of $29.14 per acre. The contract will expire on September 30, 2020.
