We have the right to refuse any bidder PAYMENT - Etransfer is preferred or pay in person when you pick up by Cash, Debit, Mastercard or Visa BUYERS PREMIUM - There will be a 15% Buyers Premium for Cash, Debit & etransfer and 18% Buyers Premium for Visa & Mastercard plus 13% HST added to all purchases. BIDDING - Please be sure to keep track of your bidding and what you are bidding on. Once you place a bid it can not be retracted. All items will be subject to a soft close until the bidding stops. INVOICING UPON WINNING BID - Invoices are emailed Monday after the Auction. Check your junk mail if you don't receive it. You are responsible for paying and picking up your items at the time specified. If you see you may have won on an item then you won it and should receive an Invoice. If you did not get an Invoice call us on Tuesday. We are happy to work on an alternate pick up day however payment must be made by 6:00 p.m. Wednesday (two days after the auction closes) MERCHANDISE AND CONDITION - We do our best to properly describe the items in the auction to the best of our ability however items are all sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Please read carefully & look at the pictures. We cannot be responsible for things we may have missed. Please contact us within 24 hours of pick up if you have any problems with your purchase. THE BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Peninsula Liquidators Inc. (O/A - Luke's Auctions) and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Luk'e Auctions or anyone acting on his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
