All sales are final, all lots are sold as is where is with no exceptions. Our best efforts are taken to accurately describe and picture all lots offered. If a lot is far from what is posted and described we are willing to work with our customers to come to an amicable resolution, whether that involves a refund or credit to a future auction. Pickups must be made within the allotted pickup times, we are accommodating with any issues that arise or inclement weather, communication from the buyer is expected in these scenarios. Appointments are not required for pickups, just show up during the allotted time and your order will be ready to go. Only cash, Interac E-Transfer and PayPal will be accepted as valid payment methods. All shipping will occur through Stallion Express and can include a variety of tracked options and include a $5 handling fee. Canadian invoices that require shipping must be paid for within 24 hours to v.macdonald@me.com. US invoices must be settled through PayPal within 24 hours after the auction closes to the same email address. Once the initial invoices are settled shipping costs will be provided via a secondary invoice. DeVaughn Auctions is not responsible for any damages or lost packages that occur during shipping. Our best care will be put into packaging and shipping your package but we cannot guarantee the postal service. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this auction you have acknowledged there are no refunds or exchanges, only in scenarios where an item has significantly failed to meet the condition described within the lot will we be willing to issue refunds or credits to future auctions.
