PAYMEMT TERMS: All purchases MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE AUCTION or following business day. Cash, credit card, certified check, or personal check/company checks if they are accompanied by a guarantee from your bank. No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all item(s) selling. If items are not paid for by the following business day after the auction 777 Auction Company is given permission to charge the credit card on file to complete the transaction.
SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt you MUST BRING a copy of your tax exemption permit or resale number or you will be charged sales tax.
INSPECTION:
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
REMOVAL & LOADING: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction or following business day and removed by the Tuesday following the auction by 4:00 P.M.
