Auction Terms & Conditions:
There is an 20% Buyers Premium on ALL purchases made through credit or debit cards. There is a 17% Buyers Premium on ALL purchases made through wire transfer.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped. Shipping fees are processed along with the auction invoice the evening of the auction’s close using the card provided on file.
All orders of $2,000 or more will ship for free.
All orders containing any single issue with a closing bid of $500 or more ship for free as well.
All items are guaranteed to be shipped no later than 5 business days after the auction’s close.
Tracking numbers are sent automatically to the email on file once generated and paid for on our end.
All items will be packed securely in Gemini mailers and Gemini comic boxes. Any comics too large for that process (Graded Comics, Treasury Editions, Comics >$499 protected in Top Loaders, etc) will be shipped using Priority Mail Boxes.
All comics have been newly bagged and double boarded for extra protection. All bags are taped shut with painters tape to prevent damage upon opening. All comics selling for >$499 will be placed in protective Top Loaders.
Insurance is automatically added for all orders over $100. $1.50 is applied for every $100 of insurance in order to cover insurance fees.

61-80 Comics = $30
81-100 Comics = $35
101-120 Comics = $40
121-140 Comics = $50
141-160 Comics = $55
161-180 Comics = $60
181-200 Comics = $70
201-220 Comics = $75
221-240 Comics = $80
241-260 Comics = $90

This tiered pattern of cost continues in the same fashion (+$5, +$5, +$10, +$5, +$5, +$10…) no matter how many comics you purchase.
All International Shipments will have $35 added to cover customs costs. We only ship USPS internationally.
All Graded Comics, Comics >$499, or Large Sized Comics will be shipped Priority Mail for a $20 flat fee. If you purchase other comics along with those items, and those comics can fit safely inside the Priority Box, the entire purchase will ship for the same flat fee. Otherwise a separate shipment will be sent at the prices listed above.
Acceptance of Terms:
Buyers registering for and using ANGEL CITY CONSIGNMENT bid cards, placing bids online and in person agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box online, when you register and place your first bid, or when you register in person and place first bid:

*****Payment or payment arrangements are required in full within 7 days of auction's end. If you would like to pay with an alternate card please send an email prior to the auction ending. Shipping and Materials charges will be applied to the invoice at the end of the auction. Insurance is automatically applied to the invoice (up to $10,000). If you need more than this amount please contact us asap.
*****All items must be paid for within seven (7) days of auction's end. If not, the merchandise will be deemed abandoned and Buyer will lose any right, title or interest Buyer may have acquired and the merchandise shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer and Buyer's deposit will be forfeited. No purchaser may assign, transfer, or dispose of his rights in any article purchased before he has paid the purchase price in full.
****We are required to charge sales tax to all online winning bidders by the state of California and the city of Burbank. Buyers will pay a sales tax rate of 10.25% on all purchases. If your state has no sales tax, or if your state allows for the purchaser to pay the transaction's sales tax directly, you must reach out to us by email before the auction ends to let us know so that this tax exemption may be accommodated.
*****We offer in house shipping. All items will be shipped, local pickup is not available. Shipping and Materials charges will be applied at the end of the auction. We ONLY ship USPS, and UPS. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF CLEARED PAYMENT. We will provide tracking to the email address you have on file once your item ships out.
*****ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE INSURANCE ADDED TO THE INVOICE AUTOMATICALLY. IF ANY ISSUES ARISE WITH THE PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT OR DELIVERY IT WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING PARTY TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED UP TO $10,000. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS OVER THIS AMOUNT AND YOU WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP.
*****IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING PARTY TO HAVE A SAFE LOCATION FOR DELIVERY. IF AN ITEM IS SHOWN DELIVERED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY SHIPPER ANGEL CITY CONSIGNMENT RELEASES FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THAT PACKAGE.

*****All risk loss shall pass to Buyer at the time of payment. If Auctioneer is unable to deliver an article sold to Buyer due to fire, theft, or any other reasons whatsoever, Auctioneer shall reimburse Buyer for all monies paid to Auctioneer in respect to the article and Auctioneer shall have no further liability to the purchaser arising from or relating to such loss, including without limitation any damages for loss of profits.
*****To the maximum extent allowable, buyer hereby waives any and all rights to dispute, or initiate a chargeback, in any manner whatsoever, charges placed on customer's credit or debit account as it pertains to any purchases made with your user account.
