Storage Any lots remaining uncollected after 10 business days following the completion of the sale are subject to a $5 per day storage fee. Payment Payment is required by the Buyer within 3 days immediately following the completion of the sale. The Buyer agrees to pay the hammer price plus the buyer's premium as well as any applicable sales tax. All lots are sold as is with no representation of age, condition or description.
