(There are, however, exceptions to certain items and we will do our best to exchange or give store credit when possible and/or reasonable and if we can to accommodate. Again, keeping in mind, we are an auction, not a retail store. If you win an item or items you take that item(s) home with you on the day of the auction, unless an item is too large for your vehicle, and you notify the auction of the same, then arrangements are made for you to pick it up on the Monday , Tuesday, and the last day is Wednesday following the auction. ALSO: There are no cords for and/or chargers for iPads, Tablets - (For these we will provide a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on), you will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store.
