Pre-bidding is open now. We encourage you to pre-bid and enter your maximum bid. The system will proxy bid in increments of $1.00 and in the event of a tie, the pre-bidder will be the winner. Lot 1 will close at 6 PM CST on Monday, January 6th. You can attend the auction from your La-Z-Boy chair as all bidding takes place online. Each lot will close in numerical order starting at 6 pm CST. Pickup is one day only. Tuesday, January 7th from 9 am to 4 pm at: 1781 West Clay Street, Ozark, Missouri 65721. The purchaser agrees to pay Scheerer McCulloch a handling charge of $35 for any check dishonored by the drawee. 4) Winning bidder agrees to pay Scheerer McCulloch the full amount of the winning bid amount, the buyer's premium and sales tax (unless a sales tax exemption form is provided to Scheerer McCulloch) on or before the day of the scheduled pickup. If the winning bidder has requested shipping, then the winning bidder further agrees to pay a $30.00 packing, shipping materials and handling fee, plus costs of shipping and insurance per box. Scheerer McCulloch will make its best effort to combine winning lots into one (1) box if possible. Bidders who have not paid by the date of the scheduled pickup will be charged through their registered credit/debit card the day of the pickup day.
