They will add the handgun to your permit and issue you a purchase coupon for your handgun. You will then come to pick up your hangun at Hessney Auction Center. Be sure to bring NYS pistol permit, receipt, and purchase coupon . * MONROE COUNTY Hand Gun Buyers, Your county requires extra paperwork, we have over 500 buyers per auction, you must REQUEST your counties paperwork from us by EMAIL, with your full name and we will email it back to you, this request must be made with at least 24 hour notice to your scheduled County Appointment, you cannot call us while at the county and expect this paperwork to be sent over in 5 minutes. We realize many cannot pick up the week after auction; simply make an appointment by email for Monday - Wednesday the following week (or when you receive your purchase coupon). SHIPPING: You will be emailed and/or texted a link from Shipping Saint and Hessney Auction Co., you are asked to choose "Shipping" or "Pick up' If you select shipping, our staff will gather your items once moved to our shipping area you will receive another notification, when the items are packed you will get a text and email again with the cost and have to pay for your label as well as a tracking number. Once paid we will print it out and mail it. Please be patient. We have 100's of packages to send out each week and a small staff, however we try our best to keep all costs low.
