There will be approximately 60,000 square feet of flooring to include Hardwood, laminate, engineered, and LVT, from 2 1/2" to 7" wide, from your standard oak to exotic tigerwood, and everything in between such as maple, hickory, etc. Vast selections of colors.

There will be a huge variety of plumbing items including over 20 vanity styles ranging from space
saving sizes to luxury sizes. Many single and double bowl options to choose from along with granite and quartz tops. Pedestal sinks. Fixtures in great quantities for both bathroom and kitchens by American and Europeans top brands like Danze, American Standard DXV, Grohe etc. and a selection of free-standing tub fillers. As usual, a gigantic number of bathtubs to include cast iron soaking tubs to full blown whirlpool tubs. Your Hibid item(s) must be picked up on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday as provided in the Hibid invoice email sent to you after auction ending and as indicated in the auction itself.

If you cannot pick up during the pick up days provided, please call the store (570-645-7969) or email to let us know. Please note, that $1 per day/per order storage fee will occur.

If you do not pick up by the alternative pick up date given then your item will be forfeited without refund. If you need to extend your alternative date please give us a call but we cannot hold your item for more than two weeks after auction ending. After two weeks your item(s) will be forfeited without refund.

If you do not pick up within the pick up days provided and we do not get a call/message about an alternative date then your items will be forfeited without a refund.

All auction items are final sale. If you feel as if your item was not accurately described then you may contact us however, we do not do returns based on buyer's remorse.

If we do deem your item returnable you will receive an item equal to the item you won on auction or a store credit for the amount spent on the item. Store credit can only be used for in-store purchases, not on auctions.

BUYER'S PREMIUM INFO:
***All of Karla's Auctions have a 10% Buyers fee up to $500 per item.

The Buyer's Premium is an additional fee (percentage) on the hammer price of the lot that must be paid by the Winner. It is charged by the Auctioneer to cover Administrative expenses and it goes directly to the Auction house.

***Example: If Bob is the winning bidder on a Table and Chair Set that he bid $100 on, and Buyer's Premium is 10% (10% x $100 = $10.00), Bob would pay $110 for the item, plus any other charges such as GST and/or PST.
***Example: If Bob won a Vehicle for $5,700 and the Buyer's Premium is 10% (10% x $5,700 = $570.00 Buyer's Premium); however, the Buyer's Premium is capped at $500 max. per item/lot so Bob would only pay $500 for the Buyer's Premium and not $570.00, plus any other charges such as GST and/or PST.

Items are being sold as-is where-is in present exsisting condition, no warranties or gaurantees.
Buyer is responsible for their inspections prior to bidding.

There is a 15% Buyers premium added to all purchased items. Plus applicable sales tax.
Upon close of sale all buyers will be invoiced and all credit cards on file at time of registering will be charged for purchases. Convenience fee of 3% for MC/Visa will also be charged.
