All items must be picked up from the auction location or shipped. If they are not picked up they are forfeited and will be resold or donated. No refunds will be issued for failure to pick up. If you won an item from an auction and are unable to pick-up, please contact us immediately.

Bids must meet reserve amount in order to win that lot! If you are local and want to pick up by appointment, please notify us immediately upon end of auction. Items other than furniture will otherwise be shipped.

All items excluding furniture will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of auction closing. Shipping is additional based on weight, size, and final destination of each item.

Valid credit card required for bidding unless prior arrangements have been made with auction house. Please note during Hibid registration if you prefer to pay cash to earn the 3.5% discount on the buyers premium. Discount not valid if not paid by Monday. Firearm purchases are cash only.
