Pick ups must be made within the designated pick-up dates and times. Items cannot be placed on hold and is subject to restock without refund. Bluegrass Bids reserves the right to deny any late pickups.  Arrangement for pick up at a later date can be made by contacting management. You may send someone other than yourself to pick-up your won items. Please call the phone number (859)241-1007 when you arrive at our building to pick up. You may provide a valid resale certificate to have the sales tax removed. No resale certificate is required to bid. We do test and validate items we sell to the best of our ability. Our customers are our number one priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional bidding experience.  Any item that is in non-working condition, defective or damaged can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
