This is NOT an estate auction or antique auction (but we can recommend some great ones!). We auction off items that have been returned, in most cases the item is brand new in the original packaging. People change their minds, find something else or find it elsewhere at a better price. We buy truckloads of these pallets. What do we sell? EVERYTHING! Furniture, clothing, toys, electronics, baby items, bedding - literally everything and it's always changing depending on the retailer we're buying from. It's shocking what you can find, and you won't pay full retail - the savings are unbelievable - almost too good to be true…. but they are! Bidding starts at only $2.50plus buyers premium (15%) and tax (15%). Pickup is in our Dartmouth warehouse where you can shop our storefront when picking up your winnings! This auction will end Sunday, May 5th. Lots will begin to close at 4:00pm. Upon arrival for pickups, please pull into any of the designated spots 1-16 for check-in. Once checked in your item(s) will be delivered to your vehicle! This auction will have pickups from Monday to Saturday (May 6th through May 11th) *NOT OPEN SUNDAY* at 1967 S 300 W, Salt Lake City UT 84115. We are open from 11 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday.

This auction will consist of BRAND-NEW Items and NEW in-the-box inventory from 11 major retailers. Items will include power tools, home décor, mattresses, furniture, faucets, lighting, toys, watches, household goods, and other general merchandise. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. The Auction Deals does not represent any manufacturer or retailer.

All “Store Return'' AND "Floor Model" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. We do not open the boxes nor inspect the item for accuracy or damages. No refunds or exchanges will be given to “Store Return'' items. RCFA staff will load all of your items, and invoices can be signed inside your cars. Also there will be an extension to any Extended Auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such Extended Auction. 15% Buyer's Premuim and 8.25% Sales tax will be added to all sales. Right after the Auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium (15%) and State Tax (8.25%) All items must be picked up in 14 Days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and Sold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Item Condtion: Excellent: -Items in excellent condition are typically new or in pristine condition. -They show minimal to no signs of wear, use, or damage. -There are no scratches, dents, stains, or other visible flaws. -All parts and accessories are included and in perfect working order. Items in excellent condition are often considered as good as new and may come in their original packaging. Very Good: -Items in very good condition have been gently used but are still in a well-maintained state. -There may be some minor signs of wear, such as light scratches or scuffs, but nothing major. -All essential functions and features are fully functional and operational. -Any included accessories or components should be in good working condition. -While not in pristine condition, items in very good condition are typically in a condition that is still highly usable and appealing to buyers. Acceptable: -Items in acceptable condition are used and may show noticeable signs of wear and tear. -There may be scratches, scuffs, dents, or other visible cosmetic flaws. -While they may have some cosmetic issues, they should still be fully functional and operational. -Accessories and components may be included but could also show signs of wear or minor damage. -Items in acceptable condition are often priced lower than those in better conditions and are suitable for buyers who prioritize functionality over appearance.
