If you see a red "x" in the upper left corner of a lot - your bid is multiplied by however many items are in the lot.. Example: "x2" is multiplied by two. If you bid $2.00 per item, you will be invoiced $4.00. - A $1 handling fee will be applied to each lot. - You have 3 days following the auction date to pay & pickup your items. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. - Currently, we are not accepting cash but credit cards and debit payments only, sorry for the inconvenience. - We are no longer taking payments over the phone. - We DO NOT ship. - Bidder inspection is encouraged. WE ARE OPEN FOR VIEWING. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. - We offer returns only if we listed something incorrectly,or it is broken. We DO NOT take returns on items that have "As Is" or "Used" in the title. NO EXCEPTIONS! You cannot return items due to buyers remorse or because something does not fit, if we listed it correctly. Returns are ONLY for 4 business days from date of Auction (not from pickup date). All returns must be back by Thursday at 5:00 PM. Besides the specified declaration we make (if any) for "As Is" or "Used" items, the item(s) have not been fully tested or inspected. Possibly incomplete, damaged, missing items or parts, non-returnable for any reason. - REMINDER: Our staff does NOT assist in the removal or loading of items, they are there to supervise only. Following the May 30th closing of Hammer's Restaurant, Kenny Larson in cooperation with Wainscott Auction Service is holding an online liquidation auction. Creating an opportunity for restaurant equipment used to produce delicious meals that fed countless university college football teams to Michigan City visitors and residents alike, to live on in the kitchens of other restaurateurs. Everything from refrigeration & cooking equipment to silverware & linens, food preparation equipment both handheld & holding equipment are up for auction until Sunday May 5 at 12:00 noon EST. If you enjoyed your favorite cocktail at Hammer's bar, you would find many pieces of bar equipment available too.
