Checkouts & pickups for this auction will be Sunday, May 12th 1PM to 4PM and Monday, May 13th 10AM to 4PM at 640 South Oak Ridge Rd., Oakboro, NC 28129.. Invoices will be emailed immediately following the auction close. If you think you won an item or items and didn't receive an email from us please check your spam folder. Again, please arrange to pick the winning items up on May 13, 2024 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Bring proper help, tools, and transportation to remove items from the property. We will have two movers on hand to assist with removal and load for an additional fee for buyers interested in heavy furniture. Cost will be $20 per helper per piece of furniture.
