This is an online bidding auction only. The acceptance of the high bid by the auctioneer constitutes a legal and binding contract with the buyer and acceptance of the terms and conditions under Idaho State Law. There is a 13% buyer's premium added to hammer price, 3% discount if payment is made with cash or approved check.
