" A three percent (3%) discount is available for payments made in cash or by debit card in person only there is no exception. Items must be picked up and paid for within seventy-two (72) hours of the auction's conclusion. Debit cards must be processed in-house using a PIN; otherwise, the payment will be processed as credit cards defaulting at the 18% buyer's premium.
