There will be a 10% buyers premium applied to the winning bid price for each lot and a 6 % sales tax.

Pickup is Friday May 24th ONLY 9-5 central time Payment: Card over phone Thursday, adds 3% cash at pickup for this auction. We will not have good cell service for credit cards during pickup please note.

Buyers must be prepared to load their items, without help. There will be 720 lots to remove, and each buyer needs to be prepared with boxes, loading help you bring and patience. There will be fees added to remove your items to bring to our Huntingburg, IN location if you do not make pickup.

Lots will begin closing 5/22/2024 at 7 PM. Pickups will be Friday May 24th 9AM-12PM and Saturday May 25th at 9AM-12PM at 3951 Bardstown Road (Rear Shop), Louisville KY 40218. We are located behind Two Men and a Truck.

Pickup is Thursday May 23rd 2-6, Friday May 24th 10-6, and Monday May 27th, 10-2.

Internet bidding only. Lots will soft close every 15 seconds with the first lot selling Wednesday, May 22nd at 6pm Central. Bids placed within the final 2 minutes will extend the bidding an additional 2 minutes.

We ask that you rely on the photos, description and/or your in-person inspection on Tuesday, May 21st from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Removal will be on Friday, May 24th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. You must provide your own muscles for loading. Will will provide loading assistance only with the use of our forklift.
