This will be an ongoing auction with many sales to help liquidate this incredible collection. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:00 on Tuesday, May 7th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from noon until 6 on Thursday, May 9th at the shop. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids. We have auction lots on the main level, upstairs, basement (no walkout), garage and backyard. Home did have cats in the past and some items have cat hair on them, especially some of the furniture pieces. Some items are dusty and need cleaning. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. 99% of the items in the home are used and likely show some wear. **Be sure to bring help to remove any large furniture pieces and bulk lots** **PICK UP IS FRIDAY 5/10/24 from 12 PM to 6 PM** **We may be available to meet over the weekend but you must contact us to get approval PRIOR TO THE AUCTION ENDING for an alternative pick up date.
