Item Pick Up o Pick Up Location: 11287 N Jackson Hwy, Magnolia, KY 42757 o Upon payment in full you may retrieve your items -or- staff will be on site Saturday, September 19th, 9am until 3pm and a skid steer and operator will be on site to aid in loading. Bring appropriate trailers, equipment, and help. o No Show / Forfeiture: Items not retrieved by the deadline will be forfeited. The buyer will not be reimbursed. Titles & Registration o Titled Items: Titles for titled vehicles, boats, and trailers will be transferred following full payment and may be mailed rather than released at pick up. o Transfer Costs: Buyer is responsible for all title transfer, registration, and applicable usage tax. Soft Close & Bidding Extension o Soft Close: The auction uses a soft close. If a bid is placed within 2 minutes of a lot's closing time, the 2-minute countdown resets. The clock will continue to reset with each new bid until no bids are received within the final 2 minutes. o Lot closing times may be staggered.
