A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all sales (NO cash discount at this time). We will, most likely, not be able to accommodate product requests right before or during an auctions closing time. PAYMENT The credit card on file will be automatically charged immediately after the auction closes for any bids that were won, unless previously arranged. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you wish to use a card that is not on file or you prefer to pay with Cash or Venmo, please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. PICK-UP / SHIPPING Please go to the specific “Pick-up / Shipping” section of this auction for specific pick-up instructions. Please DO NOT BID if you are unable to pick up and remove items on the days and times provided unless a prior arrangement has been made. Buyers are responsible for the handling and removal of their winnings as well as preparing and packing items for transport. YouBid Auctions is not responsible for damages from employee assistance for the handling, preparing, packaging, packing, loading, or transport of purchased items. Buyers are encouraged to bring their own help as well as rope, tie-downs, straps, plastic wrap, moving blankets, or other tools and equipment to ensure safe transport. Buyers are encourage to double check and inspect items before they leave the Seller’s physical location. Any discrepancies should be reported at the Seller's physical location at time of removal. Buyer agrees to pay for damages done to any and all property incurred by the buyer, his helpers, employees, family members or friends. Any person attending pick-up does so at their own risk. RETURN POLICY: All products are “Sold As-Is” unless other wise stated in the lot advertisement as having a 30-day warranty. For all other items, there will be NO refunds for this auction only (the Restaurant Auction in Clearfield). Please bid accordingly. 30-DAY WARRANTY We recognize that there is a risk buying more expensive liquidated items when there has not been an opportunity to look over and test these items. So, for a few selected items, we do offer an extended warranty to make sure these items can be fully tested under warranty. However, we can’t offer this warranty without having a higher minimum bid for these items. This warranty is as follows: Unless otherwise stated in the lot advertisement, these items should be expected to be free of any undisclosed factory defects, missing parts, or damage. All products should function as intended by the manufacturer. There are no restocking fees for items that are returned. It is expected that the customer will return the item in the same condition in which it was received. If possible, the item should be returned in it's original packaging. This warranty does not include damage that results from improper use or usage not recommended by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage that occurs from improper installation of the product. This warranty does not cover the actions of third-party entities that may result in damage or improper installation of the product. LEGAL STUFF: Upon credit card approval and submission of the registration form, such users shall become a ‘Registered User’. Users agree that such information shall be (and kept) current, complete and accurate. If you falsify or provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, YouBid Auctions reserves the right to disapprove, suspend or terminate User accounts for any reason, at its sole discretion, and prohibit such User(s) from participating in future auctions. Making bids with false information or with stolen credit card information is prohibited and illegal. Your user name and password are required in order to place internet bids. Each bid carries the computer coding of the Internet provider which allows the individual user to be traced and YouBid Auctions may at its discretion release this information to enable legal action to be taken. YouBid Auctions reserves the right to reject or void bids, whether winning or not, which it believes have not been made in good faith, violate the Terms and Conditions of the HiBid Site bidding platform, violate the Terms and Conditions as stated herein, or are intended to manipulate the auction process, or are prohibited by law. By placing a bid for this auction on the HiBid Site bidding platform, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase should you win and be personally liable for the bid amount, buyer’s premium, applicable taxes, and any other fees specified for the auction and listed herein. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. Bidders agree that bidding on the HiBid Site is the legal equivalent of a Firm Purchase Order, and as such, is firm, binding, unchangeable, and non-cancelable. YouBid Auctions reserves the right, and the bidder acknowledges and agrees to its exercise of this right, to notify third parties, including law enforcement authorities, credit bureaus, other auction companies and industry regulators and authorities, about a bidder’s involvement with or being connected to fraudulent bidding or the failure to fully pay invoices in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Once a bid has been placed, there will be no retractions. Bidder agrees to hold YouBid Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants. Successful bidders will release YouBid Auctions from all claims and liabilities regarding the condition of the Property. YouBid Auctions is not responsible for misinterpretation or oversight by the Buyer. If the Buyer requires more information regarding the condition of an item, it is their responsibility to request such information prior to the close of the auction or refrain from bidding on said item. YouBid Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove or modify any and all items from an auction at any time. YouBid Auctions is not responsible for failure to contact Buyers due to incorrect account information, email filters (spam or others), or any other reason. It is up to the Buyer to initiate communication if needed.
