It’s like a mega warehouse-club mash-up crashing into your screen—minus the membership fee and the long checkout line! While the majority of goodies are crisp as the day they leave the factory, you might spot an occasional customer return looking for a second chance. If we see a scratch, dent, or signs of being “gently pre-loved”, you’ll find every detail of the condition spelled out in the description field of each lot. The last thing we (or you) want are any surprises. If it doesn’t live up to our description, bring it back. We cover every single sale with a 7-day return policy, even if the item failed through no fault of our own (like a manufacturer defect). The only exception is in the rare case that we label the item as “AS-IS”, which will be clearly shown in the lot title. We’re in the happiness business, not the hassle business.
