PAYMENT The credit card on file will be automatically charged immediately after the auction closes for any bids that were won, unless previously arranged. After the auction closes, it is up to the successful bidders to schedule a time to pick up the winnings within 2 DAYS of auction close (Friday & Saturday). Pick-ups are usually the following 5 DAYS after the auction closes (Friday through Tuesday), but check the auction’s specific pick-up notes to be certain. All items not paid for and removed within 5 DAYS (including weekends and holidays) without prior arrangement will be forfeited, relisted, and resold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and resold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick-up and removal of items in a timely manner. After scheduling a pick-up time, we will provide the specific unit number where you can pick up your item as well as an entry/exit code to open the gate. All buyers must be paid in full at time of pickup. Buyers are required to provide an ID at pick-up. If the pick-up will be handled by someone other than the registered bidder, then authorization will need to be confirmed over text message from the registered bidders phone number that is linked to their account. Please DO NOT BID if you are unable to remove items on the days and times provided unless a prior arrangement has been made. Buyers that fail to pay and/or remove the items they won may be flagged in the system. Being “flagged” means that other auctioneers might be less likely to allow such buyers to participate in future auctions. Buyers are responsible for the handling and removal of their winnings as well as preparing and packing items for transport. YouBid Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning the handling, preparing, packaging, packing, loading, or transport of purchased items. Buyers are encouraged to bring their own help as well as rope, tie-downs, straps, plastic wrap, moving blankets, or other tools and equipment to ensure safe transport. Buyers are encourage to double check and inspect items before they leave the Seller’s physical location. Any discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's physical location at time of removal - NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer agrees to pay for damages done to any and all property incurred by the buyer, his helpers, employees, family members or friends. Any person attending pick-up does so at their own risk. RETURN POLICY: All products shall be sold “AS-IS”, in their current condition, as described in the lot description. There is no guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the correctness, accuracy, condition, or authenticity of an item’s description in written or image form. We sell a variety of items in various conditions and we’ve done our best to inspect, test, and disclose any damage, defects, or missing parts. However, we do offer returns, at our discretion, for items that were received in a condition that was not disclosed, provided the product is returned within **3 DAYS** of pick-up and it is returned in the same condition it was received. As liquidated items, most manufactures do not offer a continued manufacturer’s warranty, so be sure to thoroughly check you items within 3 days of pick-up. **For any questions before or after the auction, please call or text (801) 410-0544. We are open 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. LEGAL STUFF: Upon credit card approval and submission of the registration form, such users shall become a ‘Registered User’. Users agree that such information shall be (and kept) current, complete and accurate. If you falsify or provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, YouBid Auctions reserves the right to disapprove, suspend or terminate User accounts for any reason, at its sole discretion, and prohibit such User(s) from participating in future auctions. Making bids with false information or with stolen credit card information is prohibited and illegal. Your user name and password are required in order to place internet bids. Each bid carries the computer coding of the Internet provider which allows the individual user to be traced and YouBid Auctions may at its discretion release this information to enable legal action to be taken.
