All items have an auto extended bid feature. Under no condition will the seller, nor anyone acting on behalf of the seller, be allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action. <b>Sales Tax </b> Sales tax will be charged based upon the location of the item. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for within 2 business days to avoid a finance charge. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action. <b>Removal of Purchase </b> All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). All items must be removed within 2 weeks or may be subject to storage charges. The buyer is responsible for transportation of his/her purchase. Loading assistance may be available on some items.
