1. General Terms -Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. -Account Registration: All bidders must register for each Vintage Broke Her auction and provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. -Agreement: By registering for a Vintage Broke Her auction and placing a bid, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions. 2. Auction Rules -Item Descriptions: All items are described to the best of our knowledge and sold "as is." We do not guarantee the authenticity or condition of items. -Bidding -All bids are final and cannot be retracted. -Bidding constitutes a binding contract to purchase the item if your bid is the winning bid. -We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any bid at our discretion. -Auction Close: Auction close at the designated times listed for each lot. The highest bidder at the close will be the winning bid. 3. Payment & Fees -Payment Deadline: All payments are processed at the close of each auction and you will receive an email with your HiBid Invoice attached to a Quickbooks invoice from Vintage Broke Her. -Card Processing Fee: A fee of 3.7% of the final total is added to the Auction Invoice for card processing fees. -Buyer's Premium: A 12% buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer price unless otherwise stated. -Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. 4. Shipping & Pickup -Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which will be calculated after the auction closes. See the Pickup/Shipping Section for greater details. -Processing Time: Items will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving payment in full for the Shipping Invoice. -Pickup: Local pickup may be available upon request. Arrangements must be made within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. 5. Returns & Refunds -All Sales Final: Items are sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. 6. Liability -No Liability for Errors: While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or discrepancies in the item descriptions. -No Liability for Loss: We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. All packages are insured to the Auction Invoice value. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request. 7. Suspension or Termination: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violations of these Terms & Conditions. 8. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. 9. Auction Item Ownership: All items auctioned by Vintage Broke Her are exclusively own by us. We do not auction estates, on consignment or items owned by other parties. 10. Chargebacks - No Chargeback Policy: By participation in our auctions, you agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes for any purchases made through our platform. - Violation of Consequences: Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, cancellation of future bids, and legal action to recover any resulting losses or fees.
