For in-person pickup, you need to email vintagebrokeher@gmail.com within 48 hours of the auction closure to schedule a pick up time. The actual pickup address will be supplied to winning bidders that request in person pick up. The general area for pick up is El Dorado, AR.
Shipping: We offer shipping services through discount shipping resources, who provide affordable and reasonable shipping rates. Shipping is invoiced separately from the Auction Invoice. Once your Auction Invoice is Paid in Full, we will begin packaging your items for shipping. Lots will be combined in boxes to achieve the most reasonable shipping rates. Shipping and Handling fees are added to the USPS/FedEx/UPS shipping rate to cover supplies. We do not strive to make a profit from shipping, we want to offer the best and affordable shipping options to you at our cost.
All packages are shipped with insurance up to their purchased value. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please let us know.
We do offer additional packing options such as expanding foam, wood crates, etc. If you would like enhanced packing materials, please notify us when you pay your Auction Invoice. We are happy to work with you to ensure great shipping!
If an item in the auction shows "No Shipping", please contact us before bidding and we can discuss shipping options, such as freight, for larger items.
Missed pick-up window: We know life happens. We will hold items for 7 days from the agreed upon in person pick-up time. If you have not made arrangements with us for pick-up within that 7-day period, your items will be forfeited, and no refund will be given. An agreed upon date outside of that 7-day extended window may be agreed upon, but the arrangements must be made within the 7-day period.
Failure to Pay your Shipping Invoice within 7 days of receipt of the invoice sent via email to your registered email address, will result in forfeiture of your items and no refund will be given for the Auction Invoice.
