Bidder and Auctioneer agree that the terms listed below shall govern the online auction
sale.
BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO
PURCHASE THE ITEM(S) UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to participate in Lee Auction, you must be a registered user. As a registered
user of Lee Auction Online you legally accept and agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions as described below. These terms may be updated occasionally without prior
notice. Registration is free of charge.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the
responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. All
items must be considered used or previously owned property. Even if labeled as new in box,
we cannot guarantee the item will be in full retail condition. Place your bids accordingly and
read all descriptions and Terms prior to placing your bids. No refunds will be issued for any
reason.
BUYERS PREMIUM:
A buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. Buyer’s premium is 18% unless
stated otherwise.
PAYMENTS OPTIONS:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check or Cash. 3% charge on all credit
card purchases.
No CHARGEBACKS
The Bidder agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or reversals with their payment provider for any payments made to Lee Auction Company for items won at auction. The Bidder acknowledges that all sales are final and that no refunds or returns will be accepted, except as explicitly provided for in Lee Auction Company's terms and conditions.
SALES TAX:
Arkansas Sales and Use Tax of 8.63% will be added to all invoices
Payment or payment arrangements must be made prior to release of pick-up address.
Nothing will be released until items have been paid for in full. Please bring PAID IN FULL RECEIPT
SHIPPING:
Shipping is available upon request, there will be a fee for packaging for small items plus shipping cost.
For large items, we can with a palletizing fee depending on the item or items.
A forklift is available for loading and we also have a dock.
PICK UP:
Pick-up will be available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.
