Terms: All items sold as is where is without gaurantee, and all sales are final. All items are in used condition and may have minor surface blemishes or defects. Bidder inspection of items is encouraged. Items may be previewed in person during the course of the auction in Batesville, AR by appointment. All efforts have been made to accurately represent the items in this sale but are not waranteed. By placing your bid you affirm that you have reviewed the items carefully to your satisfaction, or have chosen not to review the items personally, and intend to purchase the item in its as-is condition.
A winning bid is an agreement to purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any and all bids at his discretion.
Shipping is available on some items. The auctioneer does not warranty any shipping or claim responsibility for items while they are in the care of the shipper. Buyer agrees that issues with shipping are out of the control of the auctioneer, and that all disputes regarding shipping will be between the buyer and the shipper. The high bidder will be 100% responsible for shipping charges plus a 10% handling fee. Items will not be shipped until paid in full for the high bid price plus any shipping charges.
Items may be picked up in person by appointment in Batesville, AR the day after the auction closes between 11:00-4:30. If the pickup date cannot be made, please contact the auctioneer prior to bidding to request other arrangements, and we will do our best to accomodate your. Please bear in mind that additional accomodations may include additional fees. All items must be paid in full before, or at the time of, pickup. We accept cash, a good check (with verifying information), or credit/debit cards. There is a $10 minimum purchase to use a card and a 4% surcharge will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions. All currencies in USD. American Express not accepted.
