This is listed as a webcast because it is running on two platforms. There will be no live auction to go with this, the whole auction will close online. We accept cash, cards, or checks. Cards have an additional 4% fee. 10% buyers premium capped at $500 PER ITEM. Your whole purchase could have a higher buyers premium than $500, but no one item will cost you more than $500 in buyers premium. This auction will be run on two platforms. Each lot will not sync with the other platform until it is that lots turn to close during the auction. Our Sims Family Auctions platform will win any tie bid between it and HiBid. Please do not bid if you can't pick up on 10/19/24 between 10:00-2:00. Please note that the motorcycle has a title that must be notarized when the seller sells it. 60 days are given to retitle a vehicle, so the owner will sign this title at the conclusion of the auction and then will mail the title to either the auctioneer or the buyer. Please allow 10-14 days to receive title after the auction has concluded. All sales are final, and everything is bought as-is. We do our best to get good pictures and give accurate descriptions with any known faults or defects. To buy a firearm, you must be 18 years or older, have a valid Arkansas DL, and not be a felon.
