To bid in this auction, you must be a registered participant.
Natural State Auction reserves the right to reject any Bidder Registration or withdraw bidding privileges at our discretion. By registering, you affirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. When you place a bid, you confirm your ability to pay for the items you win, including the buyer's premium and shipping fees. Your bid creates a binding agreement between you and the Auctioneer.
We strongly recommend that you carefully review all items before bidding, as you are responsible for evaluating their value and condition based on the provided photos and descriptions.
Since this is a soft close auction, we advise against last-second bidding to avoid potential delays due to internet lag. Once your bid has been accepted by Natural State Auction or submitted online, it cannot be retracted. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties outside our control and reserve the right to cancel a sale, pause bidding, or re-auction any affected items.

Natural State Auction guarantees the authenticity of all items in our auctions. If you suspect any items to be counterfeit, please alert us immediately so we can remove them. We are committed to ensuring our auctions remain free of fake items.
Condition: We encourage you to inspect items carefully. Use the provided images to assess the condition of each item.
Raw & Graded Cards: We only guarantee items that have been graded by PSA, Beckett, SGC, CCG, or CSG. We do not offer grading predictions on raw (ungraded) cards. If an item you send for authentication is found to be inauthentic, we will refund the purchase price and buyer’s premium but not the cost of grading.
Autographed Items: All autographs in our auctions are guaranteed authentic .
Additional Policies: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all defects. Descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have examined the items to your satisfaction or chosen not to.
Online bidders are subject to a 15% buyer’s premium. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards and Wire Transfer (no cash or checks accepted on our Card auctions at this time). A 4% credit card convenience fee is added. New Buyers: Purchases exceeding $500 require payment via wire transfer if you have not previously purchased from us.
Shipping: We prepare items for shipping typically the next business day. Shipping charges include a handling fee of $1 per package not per item. That is the only charge beyond actual cost of shipping that is added.
You will receive an invoice from us via Square within 24 hours of aucion close. This invoice will include items won as well as shipping costs. Once payment receipt is received your order will be processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail. We ship in house and do everything we can to keep your cost to a minumum. Most items are shipped via USPS First Class.
Local Pickup: We are located at 1201 Sturgis Rd, Conway AR 72032. Pickup for this auction is from 12-5PM CST on Tuesday October 1st. All items must be paid for and picked up at this time. If not picked up, items will be considered Shipping Orders and will be processed as such.
Items unclaimed after two weeks will be considered forfeited and revert to consignor. Any proceeds obtained in advance will be considered lost.
