Buyer Terms and Conditions: Multi-Estate Consignment Auction
Participation in this auction is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions unique to that item. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this auction and any revisions or changes thereof.
Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
In order to buy guns in this auction, You must be:
1. An Arkansas resident registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. We do not ship- selling to out of state buyers requires shipping to an FFL in your state - we do not ship.
2. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers)
3. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns)
4. Only the person registered to bid may make payment and pick up guns. That same person will be required to show photo ID and complete top portion of ATF Form # 4473 or show concealed carry permit or FFL.
New Customers may see their bid posted as "Pending". The auctioneer will be alerted of the pending bid status and will contact you (or you may contact auctioneer at, 870-723-9116) to verify your understanding of terms and payments requirements.
Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.
Buyers Premium is Per item, and is on a Sliding Scale- the higher the dollar amount, the lower the buyer premium.

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Within a couple of hours after the auction has completely closed, winning bidders should receive an email with an invoice for purchases attached. To prevent the invoice email from going into your spam box, add orrellauctions@gmail.com to your safe sender list or address book . If you do not receive an email with invoice, call Jimmy at 870-723-9116.
The Email will include directions to pick up location and designated time for pay and pick up. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.
Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, card, good personal or company check with verification of funds or cashiers check.
Cashiers check is the required payment type on some items such as vehicles etc. . Check the extended description for additional info regarding cashiers checks.
You may pay with card, if so, a 4% convenience fee will be added to the invoice total. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab for each auction. if you cant pick up during the designated pick up time DO NOT BID!
Buyers are responsible for loading. Bring help for the heavy items. A big stout boy will be on hand for hire or tips to help YOU load . If you need his assistance, pay him directly.
A loader tractor will be on hand for the items that require it.
No shipping is offered for this auction.
