The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of his or her principals. Buyers must register prior to bidding in an auction. All bidders must provide a company name (if applicable) or person, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and must have a registered valid credit card on file to be able to bid. Sky Island Auctions reserves the right to deny access or accept a bid from any bidder or potential bidder.
Bidders should inspect all items himself or herself, in person, to determine the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, description, weight, count, measure or condition of any of the lots prior to bidding. DO NOT rely on catalog photos, physical, written or verbal descriptions for bidding. The failure of any bidder to inspect or to be fully informed as to the condition of the property will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment, withdrawal of bid, and/or refund. All Sales Are Final. Your Bid is a binding contract. Again, all sales are final.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the seller or auctioneer. Sold items are to be picked up within 2 days of auction end by APPOINTMENT ONLY. It is the "Buyers" responsibility to schedule a pick up day and time with Sky Island Auctions. Any unclaimed items remaining after the last pickup day will be donated or recycled, and any funds received will be forfeited.
Invoice totals for all Bidders will be charged to the credit card on-file at the conclusion of the auction. Payment will be due at time of pick up, for cash buyers. If you are a cash buyer be sure to notify Sky Island Auctions prior to, the conclusion of the auction, via email to Tammy@skyislandauctions.com or by text to 520-335-4776. Failure to do so may result in a processed credit card. Tax Exempt Buyers must submit Tax Exempt Certificate at the time of registration by sending to Tammy@skyislandauctions.com.

Internet Bidders requiring shipping: Items will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, with tracking and delivery confirmation. Insurance on purchases over $100.00 is required at buyer's expense. A $10 Handling Fee along with actual postage will be charged separately to buyer, using the credit card on file, and must be paid in full prior to shipment of item(s). Buyers with items requiring multiple boxes will incur additional shipping & handling fees ($5 for each additional box). Shippable items will be packaged and shipped within 14 days of auction end. International bidders are responsible for any/all customs charges, fees, or additional shipping related charges.
Buyers requiring shipping, and whose credit card on file has insufficient funds for postage, have 14 days from auction end to contact Sky Island Auctions to arrange another form of successful payment, otherwise item(s) and funds, will be forfeited.

If You are the Winning Bidder of such an item, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LIFTING AND LOADING YOUR ITEM(S), If you are unable, YOU are responsible for arranging/bringing the necessary tools/help to remove your item(s).

A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to All Items Purchased. Local Tax is collected and will be added to your final purchase based on auction location.
ON-LINE ABSENTEE BIDS ARE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO THE CUTOFF DATE/TIME FOR THAT AUCTION. CUTOFF FOR ACCEPTING ABSENTEE BIDS WILL VARY BY AUCTION LOCATION, AS DETERMINED BY THE AUCTIONEER. During the live Auction, a Proxy Bidder (Sky Island Auctions, LLC Staff) will bid on behalf and in the best interest of the absentee bidder.
