Estate sale located in Opelika featuring beautiful dining room furniture, bedroom furniture, lighted curio cabinet, some cast iron, applicances, seasonal decor, planters, cookware, crystal and more.
This auction will end with a soft close beginning at 5:00 pm, Thursday, June 6, 2024, and continuing until all bids are submitted.
Pick up is strictly scheduled for Friday, June 7, 10-2, and Saturday, June 8, 9-2. There are no other dates offered. Please do not bid if you aren't available for pick up. Unfortunately, we cannot hold your auction items so you must be available for pick up.
Shipping is available only on items designated for shipping. You will be expected to pay shipping costs and $10-$25 handling fees depending on the requirements to safely ship an item. Shipping is done on the Monday after the sale but your invoice must be paid before shipping will occur. Please designate and communicate with me if you will require shipping.
Please remember to check for an invoice if you register and bid. It is your responsibility to locate and/or communicate with me about an invoice. Things happen and you may win a lot without being completely sure that you have.
Also, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have received all the items on your invoice. While my auction personnel is awesome, we are also imperfect. It can get chaotic at pick up and we want you to leave with every thing you are entitled to.
