The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. Payment is expected within 48 hours from the end of the auction. ALL NON PAY customers will be reported to the auctioneer community and banned from bidding in future auctions. Meaning our descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed, written or implied. Coin grading varies greatly based on the experience of grading standards of the individual or grading company, it should be used as a guideline. Gr8 does not warranty any basis of grades. APPRAISALS & OPINIONS OF VALUE: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranteed by the auction company or the appraisal company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Opinions of value and quality of stones can vary greatly among "experts" based on current market conditions, availability in the market place, geographical location, gemological equipment types, method of grading and the evaluators training. Such variances do not constitute any error on either evaluator. Gr8 does not warranty any opinion of value, or grading evaluation. NOTICE: For bidders who are new to our website and are unknown to our company, we will likely ask you for more information to verify your identity for purchases exceeding $1,000. In the event that we can not verify your shipping address with your identity, we will require wire transfer. Checkout Date/Time: There will be no in-person payments or pick ups accepted. Payment is expected within 24 hours of each auction. If we have NOT received payment within 24 hours we automatically charge the credit card you selected at registration. All items are shipped. Bidding Increments:Buyer’s Premium: 20% buyer’s premium will be charged on top of the hammer price of each item purchased. All items shipped within Idaho state will be additionally charged 6% sales tax. Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, wire transfers, cashier’s checks, Paypal, certified checks and money orders as forms of payment. We accept credit card payments up to $2,500. Orders over $2,500 can be paid for by wire transfer Shipping & Handling: We are a 100% shipping auction! No item will be shipped until the invoice is paid in full. All items will be shipped within 7 business days from the time items have been paid for and funds have cleared. We will only be shipping to the verified shipping address that you registered with. Please note that the credit card that you place on file is the credit card that will be billed, and the address you provide is the shipping address where your items will be shipped. The auction software uses a credit card verification system that validates credit cards and matching addresses, the ship to addresses cannot be changed. NO EXCEPTIONS! Unfortunately, high fraud has prompted this rule to be in place. If an item gets shipped to the “wrong address” meaning an address that is NOT listed when registered, you are responsible! That risk is not on Gr8. With that said, please keep your registered information up to date. Shipping & Handling Fees will be included on your invoice. We can offer combined shipping. We will ship with USPS, UPS & FedEx. Shipping rates will vary per item and will be invoiced after auction based on size, weight & insurance. Handling fee - $5 per item.
