By registering to bid in our auction, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions presented here. 1. The bidder is solely responsible for any and all bids placed from their account, and confirms that they are legally able to enter into such a binding contract. 2. The bidder agrees to pay all shipping costs, or pay for all items and notify the auction of their intent to abandon their purchases without renumeration. (you agree to pay for items even though you will not be recieving them without paying for shipping) 3. The bidder agrees to contact the auction within 5 days of recieving any item that has undisclosed/shipping damage, was inaccurately described, or is missing from the shipment. (it is the sole discretion of the auction management to remedy any issue as they see fit) 4. The bidder agrees to pick up all items within the allotted time frame, or to make alternate arrangements within 3 days of the auction close. 5. The bidder acknowledges that they are aware that this is a direct/flat bid auction, and that any bid placed will be the new winning bid unless outbid by other bidders.
