User Instructions 1 - Please push the string back into the pulley if the string is out of the pulley. Move the steps to your desirable height and then tighten the bottom knob to fix the steps height. Gently push the counting sensor inwards for non-counting time-based workout and pull the counting sensor outwards for counting to start.
User Instructions 2 - If the display is not working, gently pull it out to look for any detached cable and reconnect them. If there are loud squeaks, please tighten any loose bolts and moving parts.
