Preview/Open House: Tuesday, September 17 from 2 – 4pm EDT Lots will start closing on Thursday, September 19 @ 7:00pm EDT – soft close Pick up: Monday, September 23 at the farm located at 2211 Muddy Creek Rd., Spring City, TN 37381 15% buyers premium for cash. Additional 3% charged for credit card. – No Sales Tax – NO Shipping – There are no Titles to any of the vehicles (the 2 trucks have NO keys), you will buy those for parts only/bill of sale only!! There are no titles for the trailers, you will buy those as bill of sale only!! Payment may be made by cash, approved check, cashiers check or wire transfer for the farm machinery. Credit Card payments will be accepted for tool and household purchases. We will assist with loading on pickup day. You will be responsible for securing your load before leaving the farm. You are responsible for bringing your packing material and boxes to pickup your glassware and household items. You should plan to attend the preview/open house to check the farm machinery to ensure it is road safe or if it will need to be hauled out. Some of this has been sitting for a while, there are some flat tires, some rotten tires and other issues that you will need to be familiar with before bidding. This was a working farm and all items are used. Please bid accordingly!! You may pay for your items at pickup using cash, approved check, cashiers check. If paying by wire transfer, you must take care of this on Friday, September 20. For household items, if you would like to pay by credit card, call our office on Friday, September 20 and let us know that is how you would like to pay.
