Welcome to the Richard Chance Online Estate Auction Session 2. Richard established the Indiana Standards Laboratory, a company that calibrates electrical, mechanical & other instruments. He developed and designed various test equipment for the Navy & other major corporations. After he retired he still made frequent visits to the ISL to stay connected with the people of ISL including his grandson Mark Cook who has continued to further Richard’s dream. Richard F. Chance died peacefully at home at 92 years old. Please read carefully-Note the pick up time, day and address. Auction will end Tuesday 9/17/24 starting at 11am.
