Pick up dates: Saturday 10- 19-2024 10am until 3pm
Pick up times: Monday 10-21- 2024 10am until 6pm
Invoices are only auto generated for online only sales. If the sale is a live webcast, you will not receive an invoice. If you require shipping, it is your responsibility to call (815)795-5010 during scheduled pick up hours to pay for your items. We do not have access to your credit card information on Hibid. If you are unsure if you won something, please check your past bids on Hibid. It will say “you may have won.”
Shipping is NOT always cheap. We ship in-house through USPS. You will be charged the actual cost of shipping plus a $15 handling fee. You will have 2 separate charges on your card from us; one for your items and one for shipping cost after your item ships. Any package with at least one side measuring 12 inches or longer is subject to an extra volume fee by USPS. The heavier and bigger the box is, and the further away it is traveling will all make the cost of shipping more expensive. We will use Media Mail when possible to lower the cost. Please allow 2-3 weeks after your items are paid for to receive them.
Items that are not picked up or paid for by the following auction are subject to a $10 storage fee. If items are still not picked up or paid for, they will be resold and will result in the bidder being banned from bidding on future sales. We do not have the capacity to store your items as we have a new sale running each week.
