In an effort to maximize our warehouse space for incoming sales and conduct the maximum number of sales possible for our customers:
Effective Immediately Beginning Sunday, September 1st
For sales with a scheduled pick up at our Tomball, Texas warehouse
Any invoice not claimed on the scheduled pick up date will be subject to a $5.00 per day fee up to 3 business days.
After the third business day, all items on the unclaimed invoice will be treated as abandoned property and will no longer be available for pick up.
*The daily fee must be paid at the time of pick up in order to claim your items.
*This fee is per invoice – not per item.
*This fee applies to invoices regardless of the items on the invoice – big or small.
This DOES NOT apply to customers who purchase items and have an invoice in an On Site Residential sale or customers who have requested shipping.
This ONLY applies to customers who purchase items and miss the scheduled pick up at our Tomball warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: The scheduled pick up for every sale is posted in the following places prior to bidding on and winning an item:

We no longer accept cash payments over $50!
Shipping is available for out-of-town buyers with smaller items. We do not ship furniture. SHIPPING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO PICK UP DATE BY EMAILING info@liquestate.com. All shipping costs will be transferred to the buyer along with a minimum $10 shipping and handling fee. Shipping of artwork or mirrors is an additional charge of $20 each.
Please bring a copy of your Invoice or have your Invoice number readily available.

Sale begins closing at 8:00 pm CST and is a SOFT STAGGER CLOSE.
Lot 1 begins closing at 8:00 pm and each subsequent lot will follow in 20 second increments.
If a bid is placed on an item during the 2 minutes prior to its closing, the countdown clock for that item will RESET to 2 minutes remaining. The clock will continue to reset every time a bid is placed on that particular item during its last 2 minutes of closing.
MAX BID is the way to secure you are winning your item. If the item does not show you as "winning" and you have placed a Max Bid - another bidder has placed a Max Bid as high as yours prior to you doing so, or another bidder has placed a Max Bid higher than your Max Bid.
