1 THIS IS A PAYMENT/PICKUP NOTICE - PLEASE READ
Payment for all won Lots must be made within 3 business days of the completion of the Auction to the Auction Company. Pickup must be completed within 10 business days of the completion of the Auction, by appointment, with our partnering FFL in New Bremen, NY.
2 FIREARM NOTICE - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BIDDING
All firearm Auction sales are subject to all appropriate Federal and NYS firearm laws. Bidders shall be required to pass a background check per NYS law and any other pertinent requirements through our partnering FFL prior to receiving the firearm. Any firearm shipping must be done through our partnering FFL to a receiving FFL. Payment for the firearm shall be made prior to authorizing our partnering FFL to process the background check or shipping. Should a winning bidder fail to pass the background check, the purchase price will be refunded, minus a one time $100 re-listing fee. (Example: Purchase price = $500. Bidder fails background check. Refund = $400). SPECIAL NOTICE: Per NYS Law, all semi-automatic rifle purchases require the purchaser hold a valid NYS pistol permit. Descriptions are a best as can be described and may be updated throughout the Auction to further clarify.
