NON-Virginia Residents: Will automatically be shipped unless you notify Rachel by noon (Eastern Time) on Thursday after the auction. *SHIPPING will be available with UPS ground for smaller items, items will be marked "Shipping Available." HTG charges Shipping costs plus a $2.99 handling fee, card on file will be charged separately for these costs. Items will be shipped to the address listed on invoice, not to another address. If shipment equals more than $100, signature will be required. Shipping Balance will need to be paid within 3 days of notice or items will be forfieted with no refund, package will not be shipped until paid. SHIPPING in the United States only, we DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. WE DO NOT SHIP heavy/large items, if items DO NOT HAVE "Shipping Available" winner will need to pick those items up or arrange for a pick-up service such as FedEx, UPS or PakMal, during our business hours listed in your winner's email. * PICK UP will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after the auction. *PICK UP TIMES will be in the body of the winner's email (Check SPAM folder) with your attached paid invoice. No Appointment needed. If you purchase a heavy/ large item, bring help to move. If the winner is unable to pick up during those times, they will need to make an appointment, this must be done within five (5) business days the auction ending. If items are not picked up or have not requested shipping the winner has then forfeited those items and will NOT BE REFUNDED.
